WHAT: William J. Kelly will make an official statement criticizing Mayor Rahm Emanuel’s lack of concern for real Chicagoans.

Here is preview of the statement: 

“Chicago is in a state of crisis. The murder rate is out-of-control. The Chicago Public Schools are in turmoil. We are on the brink of financial disaster.  And where is Mayor Rahm Emanuel?” Kelly asks. 

“Rahm’s spending his time with Hillary Clinton’s campaign for President and yukking it up onJimmy Fallon.  He doesn’t really care about Chicago. Rahm is only a part-time mayor. Real Chicagoans deserve a full-time mayor and I am running to be that full-time mayor. I will do the job that Mayor Emanuel has failed to do,” Kelly adds.
