William J. Kelly for Mayor has issued the following statement: 

"I believe these red light cameras are unfair, unsafe, and unconstitutional. If Chicago has a Mayor Kelly in 2015, these red light cameras will be removed. In the meantime, the red light camera program should be suspended until the investigations have been completed and all rigged tickets have been refunded."
